Q:  How long does it take to cook?

A: String Pasta: All fresh string pasta to be boiled for 3 minutes. If cooked from frozen add 2-3 minutes to the cooking time.

Gnocchi: All fresh Gnocchis to be boiled for only 1 minute. If cooked from frozen add 2-3 minutes to the cooking time

Ravioli, Pansotti and Sorrentini: Filled pasta can be frozen for up to 3 months. When cooking frozen filled pasta cooking time is between 6-7 minutes depending on the filling.


Q:  How much pasta should I use per person?

A:  Each packet of ravioli, pansotti and sorentini serve 2 people.
